Top Carpooling and Ridesharing Apps on Android in Turkey: Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the performance of top carpooling and ridesharing apps on the Android platform in Turkey showed varied trends in terms of downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver saw a fluctuating pattern in weekly downloads, starting at around 12.6K at the beginning of July and decreasing to approximately 5.5K by the end of September. The weekly active users for the app started at 40.4K, dipped to 32.5K mid-quarter, but ended slightly higher at 32.5K.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a fairly stable number of weekly active users, starting at 254K and peaking at 262K towards the end of September. The weekly downloads started strong at 10.6K, with a minor decline to 7.7K by the quarter's close.

BlaBlaCar: Carpooling and Bus had stable weekly active users, hovering around 22K throughout the quarter. However, weekly downloads showed a declining trend, beginning at 9.3K in early July and reducing to 6.2K by the end of September.

TAG Sürücü experienced a consistent increase in weekly active users, starting at 24.7K and reaching 27.4K by the end of the quarter. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, beginning at 7.5K and ending at 7.8K.

inDrive. Save on city rides showed a decline in both weekly downloads and active users. Downloads decreased from 5.6K at the start of July to 2.6K by the end of September. Active users saw a similar downward trend, starting at 48.3K and dropping to 34.3K over the quarter.
